Unit 2.1 Summary
Bilingual and Proud
In this unit, students will develop a sense of being bilingual and proud by finding commonalities between English and Spanish through cognates and through examples of bilingualism in their families and in their environment.
First Grade
Unit 1.1 Summary
Feelings
In this unit, students will listen to and discuss books on feelings and opposites to develop alphabetical awareness, vocabulary, and intrapersonal skills in order to describe themselves in English.
